Fuel overfilling

Anyone know if the retrofit to stop fuel from overflowing and shooting back out when filling is still available? I have an 06 Classic and it seems to shoot back everytime no matter how slow i pump the fuel.

If you can see down into the fuel tank where the fill tube meets there should be a red plastic piece in there. If not contact BCB and I bet they can get one to you. Rick figured out the fix several years back.
