Ive sent a bunch over the last few weeks and have sent a few follow ups and phone calls. Pete apologized and mentioned how short handed they were and they were doing their best. I felt bad once i knew that. Try calling or sending a follow up.

We are busy and short handed. Illness struck one of the parts staff in November and we had another more critical setback last week. Moves were made to help relieve strain on the shortage and we were immediately put back to step one. We are running at 50% in parts with office and management staff stepping up to assist.
