PROPER WAY TO INSTALL SOUTHCO LATCHES

I ordered a set of southco latches and no installation insructions. I just opened the box and saw a flat metal washer, flat rubber ring and both halves. I want to make sure i install them correctly. Can anyone help with this or tell me a website I can download instructions?Thanks
