I ordered some stuff from BCB last week. The order confirmation did not include a tracking number. I wanted to be able to track the product. So I sent an email to get the tracking. No response. Two subsequent emails. No response. It has been almost a week now and no email and no product. I got a trolling motor in 3 days with tracking provided day one. Yet I cant seem to get any info on this. I know BCB has some of the best customer service around and I am chalking this one up to nobody is perfect but man it can be frustrating.
