Topic: How long does the entire production process of a BCB take?

Just curious from the time they start the hull till it rolls out the door. Always wondered that. Im sure hand built boats dont get built overnight. I figured maybe a couple weeks? Would love to get out that way and tour the place.

GRR884,Would welcome you this way for a plant tour at any time … this couldnt be a better time as the Fall foliage is about to bloom into some breathtaking colors! Actually, the build process from the time of order receipt might run from 4-6 weeks as a “norm” … sometimes longer depending on pending orders at that time.BCB Admin

I think I remember something like 8-10 days from when they spray the mold until it is finished depending on model?

I found the original order for mine tucked in the winch a couple weeks ago. From order date to finish on it was about 6 weeks.

Dont worry Gary…it makes little difference how long. Whatever time it takes, will seem like forever to you while you are waiting on it.
