GB, You and I are running the same rig, and a Bravo would NOT be my choice for a back up. That prop is generally an offshore performance prop for stern drives. As I read your post, you want a backup prop that will work for pulling tubes(hole shot, quick planing, slow speed on pad) and perhaps skiing. Best prop in the world for that is a 5 blade HI-Five. Get a 23 or 25 Hi-Five, and you will be very pleased. Much better for what you want than a 4 blade, and will still function as a fishing prop. And, I actually prefer a 5 when Im in real shallow, or real rough water. Hole shots are a rocket, and holds very well in rough stuff. You will see a lot of 5s on bass boats that run the big water, like Erie or Champlain. Ive run a Hi-Five for years, and will always have one available. Best of luck, Mike Whitten/Germantown, TN
