BASS always had a one bait per rod rule that extended back to origination of the format. This was altered in the mid to late 1990s by the twin Fluke rigs and a Carolina Rig jig. Both were prompted by the same duo, a famed twosome. Had that concept been prompted by other lesser anglers then the two baits per line probably old never have been allowed we feel. Thus the one bait per line is only returning to the original format of rulings and the intent for years ago.
