I just put a 05 3.3 liter yamaha 200 on my p3 and was wondering if anyone has any info on engine height…. I have it the same as the mercury efi that was on it

Judge I know youve owned fast hulls but Id expect an 07 to not walk hardly at all regardless of trim once you get used to frequency of input needed to keep it square. My 09 at 80 doesnt really require muchn input because you just barely tighten up on the wheel at the right times to keep it rolling. Would stick with fury for a few weeks until you can run it in any position on the trim. Id email Phil Addison here as he and a few guys in mtn home would be the best input with particulars.C.O.D. We think you may need to drop it a 1/4″ and see what happens. Use very little trim and bump in increments. Similar to the previous hull you owned though air takes time to compress on this hull. You previous hull was ponies to weight for performance, this one is air, ponies and hook up.

Thanks I for he input guys. I will try those psuggestions and report back. Have in my shop the following:(2) 26p Trophy Plus, (1) 25p Trophy Plus, (1)25p Trophy small hub, (1) 24p Trophy Plus, (1) 23 Trophy Plus, (1) 27 Turbo Ot4 with blowout ring (1) 27 T1 Yamaha. Are any of these good candidates?

Ran 26 Fury today. Plates flush water temp 82, full load 2 people center tank 3/4 full. 73.7mph @ 5600 rpm very comfortable may could have squeezed a little more but wife said “no mas”

You should be able to squeeze more out of it. Get you some seat time and the prop size, jack plate height, and top end speed will all go up. The 250 XS is bad to the bone and will always be my favorite engine.
