There is no possibilty for rot with the current fiberglass stringer system. In the late 90s when some went to composite construction, Bass Cat went to all fiberglass which is much stronger. Back in the early 90s wood was the material of choice. Nothing wrong with it if done right (which yours is), but that is progress in the last 20 years.
