Bass Cat Life Jackets???

Anybody have any luck receiving life jackets? Going on nine months since I ordered mine and still havent seen it yet. Tournament trail starts up in two weeks, and I hate to have to wear my old Ranger lifejackets in my new Bass Cat.

The XL were on backorder and we were scheduled to receive them at Christmas time. Stearns parnet company was acquired and the confusion left us in a lurch with the new parent. The minimums had to be adjusted. She is starting to receive them now. BCB

Bought my new 2007 Classic May 5 of last year. Still waiting for my two XL life jackets. I know there has been a problem with the supplier, but a little info would help. Keep your cap dry and your keel wet. STEVE

Dont worry. Dory has not forgotten you. When she gets them you will see yours. They have had a supply problem with Sterns. She dose not forget anything she is the best!

Sorry guys… Latest update on life vests. Just before Christmas one of the VPs of Coleman contacted the Clothing Dept. with an apology. It seems after all the issues, debacles over orders, and minimum quantities, they lost the order? The apology is nice, though it does not make up for either of our frustration. It does show they are starting to care again though. The present receipt target date is February 15th here, we hope! This has not been our issue. Stearns parent sold to Coleman and they have had some restructuring that left us in a lurch. Our present Sales Representative under Coleman is now a representative we have known for over 30 years. We do look for this to get better and while he is on watch we will not have this issue moving forwards.

Yeah – I have received everything ive ordered from Basscat promptly, exactly as ordered, and with service beyond what is expected. Do them the courtesy of giving them a call and asking what the problem is before you flame them on an open forum. They build the best boats out there and back it up with the best support and service. Easy there Dan, CC or myself isnt flaming BCB. If you dont know the XL and XXL jackets have been on backorder for a long time and expected delivery was the towards the end of February. I bought my boat at the end of May and I have heard of others that have been waiting longer. Ted

Dont know if this helps but mungsten marine or something like that has a couple of new size large on sale on ebay right now for 69.95 i think. i saw them this afternoon. If you need them in a hurry this might help you out.

I am just glad that I am a member of the OSG (Old Small Guys), I was able to get my life jackets right away. Be patient and contact the fine folks at the factory.
