Odds are the touch pad is deceased assuming your pumps are operating. Try running something else from the sockets and be sureo remove all plugs to reset. Then check the grounds for a loose wire at the terminal block. This is an often overlooked issue. Trace them with a voltmeter for continuity at the grounds.
