I just added a 998c to the bow to go with my 1198 at the console. Used the ethernet cable to tie them together. works really good. one problem though…with both of them on it slows the scroll speed down to a crawl. has anyone ran into this? Humminbird had not heard of this problem. the only thing i can see is the voltage drop at both units is significant. i have replaced battery, no change. any ideas would be helpful.
