color question?

Are the Fire Red and the Candy Apple Red in essence the same color or is there much of a difference?

No, they are different, though Red Black and the original Candy Apple Red are very close. BCB

Red Black is an awsome color. Doesnt sound like it and you dont really see the black, I mean the boat LOOK RED real RED You would not think it but the black flake makes the red flake look more pronoucned and the more you step back from it the lager the red flakes look.. Yea I am bias, my PII is RED BLACK with Malibu Red (which is black with red flakes)bolts.

I noticed on the design a boat site that the color “candy apple red” is not listed. Is this color still available, and if not, what is the color most similiar to it?

The new Apple Red is close to Red Black with a slight difference in mix of flake.

Phil..your boat confirms my thought that black is the baddest of them all. That red trim really pops.

The mix that Bass Cat is referring to is not a mix of another color. They are referring likely to the percentage of red flake vs. black flake. There is no orange in apple red. They are all outstanding—but that middle boat with the front sticker on the hull is beyond cool !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
