I have a question. I noticed today while putting the boat away after fish that the fuel tank had built up pressure and was hissing out the cap. Is this normal or do I have a vent plugged up ?
Vent could be plugged, though more likely you have fuel locked in the hose or something, perhaps it is low and has created a low spot in the hose from gravity and time. That fuel wont let air out and traps the fuel.
