Well I guess its true that college kids know how to save money lol. Me and my roomate/fishing partner made this culling system for less than $10. Racquet balls, Tennis Balls, Chain Stringer Clips, Fish tank Aerator tubing and some zip ties. We call it the JC Culling System. We will see how it works Saturday.
