newly re done rod cracked today…

I just had one of my rods re done recently and took it out to fish today… IT worked amazingly up until it cracked on a CAST! I barely cast it! To say the least, I am more than upset… Sorry for the short little rant… Now I am looking at getting a new rod… any sugeestions? cant be too expensive… ($100 max)Dan Yonan. ———————————————————

If you have a local acadamy sports near you they have the Americanrodsmith Apex lin that runs less than 100 dollars. I only bless my boat with American Rodsmith and E21 rods they have been awesome. The Apex is their lower line but I have tested them and they are top notch as far as the cost of the rod. Hope this helps. The only thing I can tell you is that I only buy rods locally that when something does go wrong I can go and exchange it right them and not have to wait a couple of months. Also only buy a rod that has a really good warranty. Hope this helps.

Youngblood…. Wait on Blueplate to read this topic he can hook you up wit ha deep south redneck series and it should be under $100 bucks. Or email scott in parts at BCB they may have a Denali line of rods that are available for under 100 bucks, You will have to check with Scott on that one.

Go to acadiasports.com These are really good rods pick what you want they also have brought back buy one get one free.several styles to chose from.I have several rods I only ordered MH and they are a little stiffer than i like but have adjusted.Give them a try .

Is it a baitcaster or spinning, length, power rating? I have a few G Loomis that are used but in great shape that I can part with at a great price!

sorry then i basically only use that and bps extremes and shimano crucial rods
