Sender should have 3 wires . — BLACK is ground , TAN / BLUE goes to the alarm horn , and TAN goes to the gauge . — Should be able to ground the tan wire at the sending unit ( KEY ON ). This will make the gauge operate . — If the gauge goes up then its the sender . — Beyond that , youll need some test equipment to proceed further .
