what is this thing mounted below the step on my transom?

Hi all Does anyone know what the things mounted below the step on the right side of my transom are?Im guessing a speed and temp sensor. Does it look like anything Bass Cat do in their factory installs? Its a 1996 Pantera 2Cheers

Looks like a transducer and temp probe, though itnis nota factory item. The one to the right is factory.
