So I decided to buy the Easy View Tackle System for my Pantera II. I went online to order it. Turns out I am having some issues with my Credit Card Company. They will fix the issue tomorrow and I will order then. I closed out the order process for today. A little while later I got a call from Bob, the owner, at Easy View. He said he saw that I was having some trouble ordering and wanted to see if he could help me out. He was very kind and friendly and eager to help. I explained to him it was my issue and that I would get it taken care of and order tomorrow. He told me if I have any issues with the site to just give him a call and he would do the order over the phone. It seems like in this day and age, companies want to sell on price and forget that customer service is just as important. If the product is half as good as the customer service, Easy View just made a customer for life!!!
