Do like my buddy Ward, and just take some of youre wifes fishnet garments and rivet them under the console !!!

The elastic band on my map packet wore out and began to sag considerably, thereby not securing anything I placed there. Went to Hobby Lobby/JoannFabric and bought some replacement elastic for $2.99 FYI
