The tics and tocs seem like they are hammering on each other as time draws dealer meeting closer. Set up tomorrow for dealers at the factory and a little fun Sunday evening. There is lots of anticipation… (…) Yes the … Is for one looking down as this is the first dealer meeting without GWG (OneFish) in body, for over a few decades. We have several here who would be thinking about Gary, though time has us pent up mentally. This year its anti climatic to some degree. Still its been a great 2014 and we are priming the well pump for 2015! Let the water flow! There are a few new things coming and some things we have worked hard on for several years. Things are finally coming together and we are about ready to release items from production to, well you know! The past three model years we have made huge strides in raw materials and construction. New models have stepped along all the way to 2010 when we kicked off the Eyra in Birmingham. 2015 is the fourth year running our materials will continue to be better than most any bass boat company we know of. Some proprietary imported stuff and some new ideas will make 15 a year the guts get better. There are those monumental years like 1971, 1984, 1988, 1994, 1996, 2000, 2003, 2004, 2007 and then 2010. These years we moved designs ahead and everyone knows those times. This year we should have more and its a stepping stone to where we are headed for both Yar-Craft and Bass Cat! The staff at Bass Cat and Yar-Craft dont hear the management or owners talk about doing it cheaper, we always talk about doing it better. Affordability does come into play at times of course. Still better is always our goal! 2015 is no different as we are stepping out in stages and its going to be a year we bring things further ahead.Cant wait for meeting to get here! YES Please post some pic ASAP and let me know if you see a Black, Blue and White Puma FTD With Blue poles… I would have loved to have been their but could not make it. Remember Black Blue and White……..????? LOL>>>>>>>>
Anxious to see whats new. Someday I think I will drive down there and lurk in the shadows to get a first hand view.
Guys, I was privileged to see and run some of the new boats, but it is not my place to comment on them, or to post pictures until Rick does. I have been blessed to be part of this family for 25 years now, and breaking a confidence is not the way to honor that. I will say that I saw some really cool innovations that will keep BCB at the forefront of the industry. More later. Whitten
Cant wait to see!
Anticiapation is killing me! Hahaha
They announced and showed 2 new Caracal models tonight. They will have pictures up on the new boats and features soon. A new pure Vinyl Ester resin makes a comeback in 2015 for half of the laminate and you can option it on the Advantage and Vision models. It is also on the 209 TFX and 219 TFX Yar-Crafts. S bends on the new grab poles and a new rod box light switch. Midnight Mist is a new color and they also have included some stripes on Premium model packages. They have high hopes for the new Caracal. 19 8″96″ beam225 HP RatedSpies were obviously tipped on this one.
