Im having a hard time choosing what kind of boat I want, why a Bass Cat and not a Ranger.CS, the BCB Owners of boats can be rather adamant in expressing their view. We prefer to take a different approach. The comment pasted below ours on page two was written to express the differences to one of an opposing view, it was cut from another post and was written by Rick. We try very hard and we do appreciate your inquiring on a Bass Cat. BCB Admin.Last edited by C S Bolyard on February 8th, 2011, 4:32 am, edited 3 times in total.
why because you can talk to us try that at any other brands site
on top of a unbeleivable brand of boat you would be buying, bar none
Youre not going to find the owners of R-boats (Platinum Equity) answering questions about why they build their boats a certain way.Customer service is second to none. Fit and finish is unbeleivable.
Ride, speed, warranty, speed, ride and this forum to answer any questions. At the Houston boat show I was shooting the bull with Rick Pierce. I didnt see Forrest L Wood there. Also, Rick actually owns the company. Hope you get a cat and love it as much as the rest of us love ours.
I havent found a site that is like this one. The comments always seem grateful and sometimes very funny. But really guys what the truedifferents between boats
Because Bass Cat has excellent quality a very dry ride and has been in business for forty (40) years this year under one family ownership without a failure or sale. BCB is the oldest functioning bass boat company in the industry without a failure, sale or closure. Then there is the one piece all fiberglass molded stringer and a one piece floor for each hull individually. Or the full one piece vacuum molded transom that is not constructed of anything except fiberglass and resins which spans the entire width of the hull. Not only a center section piece that does not tie to the hull sides and is constructed with aluminum frames and puttied together fo thinner laminates. There are some nice folks a Ranger too and do a fine job on the big R boats. Though price a replacement fender or part with either company. Look at the history of the business and the track records. Plus the only transferrable lifetime warranty beyond ten years to the second owner, supported by the only one that has the same ownership. Now if you fish tournaments, you should also consider that Quest presently has no diminishing pay out on an older or used boat like others do. They require you to upgrade after the second or third season to get benefits nd incentives, though Quest presently offers the same incentives on year five as year one to the original or later ownerships. No matter what you choose BCB means it when they say they want you to be happy with whatever decision you make.Last edited by Bass Cat Boats on February 8th, 2011, 2:59 am, edited 1 time in total.
applause nice theres your reason
Hop in with one of us on here and actually “feel” the difference. As you fly past the competition, take notice of how they are holding on for dear life and the grimaces on thier faces. Also notice how easily this can be observed because of the smooth ride from the BCB. Most of us would be glad to give you a demo ride. Everybody love showing off thier toys.
I really thank you for your comments and coming from an owner i really honor those words. Im hoping to make my choose by this April.Really wanting a Cougar or Pantera.
