Had a couple quick questions;By the way, I have an 95 Pantera II with a 95 Mariner 200H.P.The steering on my boat has stiffened up quite a bit over the winter….which leads me to this.1. How much is the actual hardware?2. Is it something that a person on a tight budget could install?…..or would this be something left to a qualified tech?Thanks, Ben.
