I actually found the original problem was a wire in the plug in the wrong place. In a Marinco male plug on the trolling motor, if there are only 2 wires coming to the front of the boat, you put the black wire in the the negative spot and the red wire in the 12v spot, not the 24v spot. Now I have power to my trolling motor.
