Found this next to truck/boat/ATV/lawnmower….never seen a bolt like this…Any ideas before i drive off and something falls off??

BINGO FELLAS!!!!! Just had a portable Building moved in and I bet they dropped it moving it and tying it down!!! Only on the BCB boat forum can I find this kind of info!!! HAHAHAHA!! Thanks to all!! Feelin safer…….
