Anybody try the Aqua Buff 2000 compound?

I just noticed this product for sale. Anyone use it? Is it easy to use? do you actually need a buffer or can you do it by hand? I have a 2003 and was thinking about really giving it a good cleaning, buff, new wax application soon.Thanks
