Looks like an old hydraulic jackplate switch from a long time ago.

Looks like an old R&R Slidemaster Hydraulic jackplate switch. Brother had one on his 03 Cougar FTD. When he changed to Detwiler, I picked up his Slidemaster and put it on my 97 PII DC.
