I have previously go into the store with no problems, but in the last couple of weeks I keep getting an error message “server not found” from firefox? Any ideas as to way?
Mine has stopped working as well. I finally had to call direct to order parts. The link always worked in the past, but since the change to the new site the functionality has been spotty.
Network Solutions handles our stores and they have made some setting changes to address browsers that have different firewalls or not updated. This is common for those Windows 8 users BTW. BCB
