Well first time out had a head gasket blow and the crank is ruined. Looking for a 2.5 150/200 Mercury around 1990.

I know how you feel, Ive been down for the last 2 months with the same problem, the crank broke and ruined the block… Just found a 225 Merc and hopefully will have it mounted on the boat this week. My dad has a boat so I didnt miss a lot of fishing, just pocket is a lot lighter now!!!

Call swartzel marine in Ohio, he has several older motors in his shop , might be worth a shot
