, , || I am looking for a new Mercury 250 PRO XS that can be delivered in the time necessary to take advantage of the current 5 year warranty. I want a new motor still in the box. Not a demo motor, not a program motor, not a pro staff motor. I can put my name on a list and get one eventually with a deposit. They claim they can guarantee pricing and the current 5 year warranty program when the motor arrives. I would rather buy from somebody who can deliver my motor to my installer now. I have cash to buy. I must have the current warranty program, and decent pricing. That warranty would be nice,I called Mercury about my recent purchase of an EFI hoping to extend the warranty but they are nuts,,wanted 1000 the first year and 1800 something the second year.I said Hell I will just invest my money in a investment fund and see what happens

They want a grand down just to get on their waiting list, but they do claim Ill get all current promotions at the time I put my deposit down. Well, I finally dropped the dime on the Jacos motor and waiting list. They were the only one who would give me the good pricing, and would guaranty I would get the 5 year warranty.
