My wife got me one for Christmas. Does anyone have pictures on how they are installing them on the front of basscat? I run a Puma FTD. Trying to figure the best place to put the unit to avoid issues.Thanks in Advance and have a Happy New Year.Ron

Small RAM mount is easiest and then you can remove it with less clutter.

I mounted mine on the right side of the front deck, maybe 6″ back from carpet front edge,,,, you are more than welcome to come see. D.

U know i was thinkin d….whynot mount that speaker ON TOP trolling motor head? No mud in it no trees or rocks will hit it ip there?C.O.D. Jr. III

Do you want the sound bouncing off the hull or the bottom ? I would consider mounting on one side or other, but would think they did their homework on best solutions,,,,, call them, they are very informaqtive !Call K.

Face it speaker up on top of head instead of on bottom of head facing down? Still gonna have sound throughout water environment. Will bounce off of surface and come down only q would be phae changes. Will call.C.O.D. Jr. III

could the head unit be mounted in the front locker and run the cord to the speaker out next to the trolling motor plug?Treat everyday like it might be the last

RonThis is how I mounted mine. Doesnt take up any deck space, doesnt get in the way, and can be removed without any holes drilled anywhere! Uses the mounting knob of the Humminbird to hold in place.
