My wife and I had the pleasure of getting to visit the BCB plant yesterday to pick up my new ride. As we walked in the door, we were met by a gentelman sweeping the floor in what looked like a common area for employees. He asked if he could help me and I told him I was there to pick up my new boat and asked if we could get a quick tour of the plant. He introduced himself as Rick Pierce. I was taken back due to the hospitality he showed us in one of their busiest times. He then introduced us to Ivan who gave us a tour of the plant, I was asking myself the whole time, where else can you get this kind of treatment? I was truly amazed in “todays world” as to the kind of hospitality we were shown and the time Rick and Ivan took out of their busy schedules to show us around, introduce us to the staff and treat us like family. You always hear about being “part of the family” but until you experince the feeling first hand you really dont understand. I would like to thank Rick and Ivan along with their staff for taking time to make us feel welcome. If you ever get the chance to go to the plant and meet these folks, I would highly recommed you take it. THERE IS A REASON THEY ARE #1 and it truly shows. Thanks again to all of you at BCB. Denny ps: If you would like to check out my new rig its posted in the facebook section on “its way to Wisconsin” I should have some more pics posted soon (as soon as I get it cleaned up from the ride home)!
