The USCG claims that they do not have an enforcement division to monitor this activity. Their answer last year when we inquired, dont get caught. Our answer was no one else is. Our luck we would get caught and they disapproved our lower horsepower labeling for four stroke capacity, with a higher two stroke limit, in 2011. Now the have found time to question the horsepower range found while inspecting a dealership that was approved by them in 2011. They can find time to alter a safer practice though cant manage to find time to monitor year models that are regulated to start on August 1. Go figure?Last edited by Bass Cat Boats on June 15th, 2014, 2:44 pm, edited 2 times in total.
