Compartment Drain holes

Noticed these drain holes in the middle two deck compartments on a 2012 Cougar. Are these supposed to be there? Not sure if its factory or previous owner drilled them. If they are not factory do I need to get them sealed up. ThanksSent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G935A using Tapatalk

If they are center of the boat they are factory.
