Ordered parts this week from Basscat, and for whatever reason, there was a little mix up. Long story short… The folks at Basscat are amazingly nice to work with. They went over and beyond the call if duty in getting me the parts I needed this week. As a matter of fact… I got 2 of what I needed in seperate shipments, so Ill have to send one back. Specifically Richard, Allen, and now Billy!!! Super People to deal with!!!Also, after a nightmare of repair bills and some of the repairs was a waste of my money… And not getting my many questions and concerns answered, I finally turned to the dealership (which I was scared to death to do for cost reasons), but went today to pick up my boat and when they told me how much I owed…. I bout passed out in the floor. THEY DID ME RIGHT!! Were not sure if one thing is for certain fixed, gonna know tomorrow, but regardless, I have finally found a place and people I trust. Hats off to Greenes Boat and Motor, specifically Andy Greene, and Paul in Service dept. Things are looking Up,…. now, if I can only catch fish tomorrow.
