I have a 2007 Pantera Classic. How do you check and fill battery fluid.

Go to youtube and search for “how to check battery fluid level”Be sure to use Distilled Water when filling.

Turkey baster with a small clear tube hooked to it and a mirror . — Fill to the split ring in each cell . – Distilled water only . — Charge after filling .

I just did mine today and I also have a 07 Classic. Its really hard to see in the cells of the trolling motor batteries as you probably found. I rigged a small piece of broken mirror on a strong good size clamp like you would use to hold something together when gluing. That and my really nice and bright small BCB flash light allows you to see in each cell to check water level. From there use a turkey baster or what every you can find to add distilled water to cells.

I have a 2008 Classic and I agree that you cant see the level on the trolling batteries. You can see the starter battery pretty good and use a basting bulb.For my trolling batteries I am using a battery fill system from Flow-Rite called Qwik-Fill. It is a kit with caps and hoses for the battery. I takes about 1/2 hour to install. It comes with a hose and squeeze bulb. Once the system is installed you just put a gallon of distilled water on the back deck. Stick the hose in the water and the other end to the hose on the batteries and pump. You pump till the bulb gets hard and then you unhook it. At that point all cells in both batteries are full to the proper level. Do that once a month or so and you wont have any problems.This is the easiest way that I have found and it has worked for years. I also have a system on my four Trojan batteries in my golf cart.
