we were in big creek some and dont remember seeing them there matter of fact didnt see many boats at all maybe one or two although we didnt go all the way to the back of the creek. Tried doin the jerkbait thing some but didnt get much action, it would help if i knew what i was doin , only snagged one short fish jerkin. We caught our good fish on a jig.
