I replaced the seals myself. Very easy. Remove the cylinder from the motor steering bracket. I believe it may require removal of one of the steering cylinder supports, which was easy. I believe 3/4 wrench. My kit came with a cap removal tool. replace the seals. Put a little steering hydraulic fluid on them before installing. After installing the steering cylinder, bleed the system. I removed the service cap at the steering wheel assembly and installed a male air tool connector. It will screw into the steering wheel service threads. Install a clear hose to it and the Hydraulic fluid container. I left the container upside down and cut a hole in the top of it to allow the fluid to drain freely thru the clear hose without air bubbles. Open the fittings on the cylinder one at a time. work the wheel completely left than right, opening the bleeders as you complete the move to each side (left/right). It takes two people. When you cannot move the engine with force more than a 1/16-1/8 inch at the cylinder..its bled.
