…and better than ever. I got the motor fixed. the wristpin clip had failed or come loose and created a lot of havoc. I had to get a new block. I will start the break in process tomorrow.Why it was out of commision I bought some updated seats for it and got them installed. I am very happy with how they turned out. I have a 92 PIIwith two compartments under the seat.I was told by the folks in the parts department the new buckets would not work on my model. Scratching my head I figured out a way to make them work. I took apart the bench seat and used the thick bottom plastic piece. I had it covered and then stuck the new buckets on top.What do you think?Here are a couple from the busted block/piston:[/IMG]
Glad that your Cat is back up and running, and the seats look great! Im wanting to replace mine and cant decide wether to get the traditional or new style for my ol Jag. Let me now how you like them.
