Kevin Short managed to edge out all others and win the Elite Series today on the Mississippi River. Billy McCaghren had stretched out a small lead in the back and forth changes on the Mississippi River. Day one leader Randy Howell fell to 15th and Alton Jones fell to Fifth as the most consistent over three days looks to be Billy so far! Kevin Short came in day three at Sixth (6th) with a nice move and 5 pounds from being the leader. BCB was looking pretty good !
