Folks I need a fuel pump for my 225 Opti. Mine is locked up tighter than Dicks hatband. The Merc part # is 8558432and it has been replaced by Merc part # 8M0047624. This fuel pump fits at least to the 2010 200 & up HP. This is thepump that is located just behind the fuel filter. Mine is black dont know if all of them are however. I am pretty sure thispump is the same on all of the 200 up DFI Merc motors. If anyone has a motor they are parting out or knows of someonethat might have one please let me know.
