No power loading

I have a 2012 Eyra and this may be a stupid question, but how would you load the boat on the trailer on a ramp that doesnt allow power loading or trolling motor only usage. The reason I ask is because the winch strap on these boats actually crank with pressure down instead of horizontal which means you couldnt crank it up onto the trailer.

I maybe missing something but couldnt you just not use the bottom roller when winching on?

Think I read on here someplace where you should hook the eye running the strap between the two front roller to winch up. Once boat up to the eye, unhook and rehook running strap to under the bottom roller like you normally would for over the road travel. Putting the trailer in a little deeper then normal will probably make the task easier.
