EFI to OPTI swap. Need help with SYSTEM TACH & SPEEDOMETER GUAGES

I swapped out 2003 200 EFI for a later Optimax. Many of my guages will not work. Anybody had any experience with this problem? I have a cluster of wires left over and no place to put them that I can find. Maybe I need another adapter harness. Anybody?

Yes you do… Your Mercury Dealer should have been able to handle that.

Probably would need an adapter if you didnt get one. When I did my swap, I had to get another adapter going from an efi to newer. But I have the older computer dash. Everything continues to work on it that has been working in the past. What year boat and what year motor swaps?96 Eyra/12 Mercury 175 Pro XS with 2015 single axle trailer2017 Victory Gunner
