250 ProXs Vibration

I have a 2012 Puma FTD with 250 ProXS. I just started to notice a vibration noise when I hit 4000-5000 rpm. Give it more gas and it goes away. Was wondering if this is common, and if it is common is there a simple fix. I have read a few places that this is a harmonics issue in these motors. I visually inspected to look for something loose but didnt see anything. Will probably have my dealer check it just for peace of mind. Thanks in advance. This is my first Bass Cat and it is the most awesome boat Ive ever been in!

Is it a vibration you just started noticing?On my last new boat I had the same thing. I live close to prop guru Mark Croxton and took it to him and he corrected it. He said many “out of the box” props can still be out of balance to some degree. Those props that are close to being out of spec will show this. 10 minutes of him banging on it made a incredible difference.

It is often lower motor mount covers rattling.
