I had an opportunity this evening to meet Rick Pierce and check out the new 2010 Jaguar at Texas Boat World in Harker Height, Tx. There was still a group of people there even with my late arrival and I found Rick to be a truly nice guy. I talked with Rick several times while he mingled within the crowd and he remembered that last fall I purchased his own boat a 2009 Cougar that was set up to perfection. I told him that my current boat was my second Cougar. As for the new Jag….Awesome. One can tell after actually seeing the new Jag that the details, tackle organizers and the space on the deck for fishing was state of the art. I stood at the bow and the view of the deck looked to be a carrier. I mentioned to Rick that the color scheme on his new Jag was very similar to the Cougar I purchased from him last year and he gave me that Southern Gentlemans smile. Cliff was a good host for the event and as I prepared to leave for home I shook Ricks hand and with all the people there Rick said “Nice to meet you Mike”. Im glad to be part of the truly personable Bass Cat Family. Rick, I hope you have a safe journey on your Jag Trip. I will attempt later to post one of my pride and joys with pictures of my cat.
