1st Thank you Allen in parts for your great customer service it does not go unnoticed

2nd I need to thank everyone on this board back in 2011 i decided i wanted a true bass boat. So the look began i had no clue what i wanted being here in Tennessee there were several boats made local and a lot of used boats also. I came across this owners board and didn’t post anything but i read a lot of post and did some history searches. I listed to the owners that had basscats and chatted here. The more i read the more i was leaning towards a cat, All i can say you all spoke the truth great boat great customer service. This board i’m sure has sold many boats over the years, I enjoy the boat and this board as much today as i did when it all started for me . MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY HOLIDAYS JIM

Hey Jim,
I want to chime in about Allan, too. After being without a bass boat other than a Scamp for 40 years, a true twist of fate this fall put me together with a guy at a car show. Ended up buying his Bass Cat and it’s like it completed me. Crazy, I know. But being back in a Bass Cat is awesome. To my point about Allan – I bought my Pantera 2 knowing it has engine problems. She’s 26, it can be anything. I’ve reached out to Allan a couple of times and got quick, complete answers. Not cut/pasted. I’m in sales so I know good customer service. Can’t wait to get this baby out on the water. Glad it’s winter or I’d be seriously stressed.

No doubt Allan is a asset for BCB!. BCB is very fortunate to have Allan as employee!! He is always very cordial, professional and knowledgeable. He always goes “above and beyond”!!

Tip of the hat from me to for Allan! He responded within 30 minutes for some parts I ordered recently, and had a question about. Unmatched service in my opinion. This is just another reason why I waited to get my dream ride from BCB.

Allan is a FRANCHISE PLAYER! He has helped me numerous times over the years with parts and upgrades for my 2000 Cougar and most recently with new bucket seats. His personal approach and outstanding customer service are the elements Basscat was built on, starting with the Pierce’s. He’s an original in more than 1 way. Get him some good help with those phones in parts… 😉 He’s a money maker for your company and engenders the kind of loyalty that creates and sustains companies, one customer at a time.
