No. It should be getting its power through the master power switch as done at the factory, unless, it was rewired directly to the battery by a possible previous owner. So, if all of the other components that are run by the master switch are working fine, then, the first place I would look is the connection up in the bow behind the panel where the graph is connected to the boat harness. A voltmeter will be your friend. If there is power there, then look beyond, at the graph itself, or the connection into the graph. If there is no power at the bow, I would pull the master switch and check all of the connections.
