New steering wheel help,

2006 BassCat pantera class steering wheel hub.

i took the wheel off and sold it.

ordered the new version steering wheel.

The hub is a bit shorter and the bolts are a bit larger.

that being said I can’t get the steering wheel hub off my 2006 panthers classic.

Tried to use the Basscat method of getting behind it and hammering bolt

also tried a 3 claw puller. Both did not work

so frustrating

any suggestions?

I have always used the standard 3 bolt steering wheel puller. If it is really stuck you can heat the hub with a propane torch while applying pressure with the puller to get it to pop loose, and sometimes you can tap the puller with a hammer while pressure is applied.

ill just tape up the new wheel and use the puller

i just don’t want to damage it
