They don’t usually process emails regularly in parts. Thus we have not publicly released that email address. It is managed by four people, though it’s not used regularly. We prefer to not email on parts items as it requires more time, eventually it just ends up in phone calls to get it right.

Thanks, I got the address from the web page. And calling from Australia is usually a timing issue. It was most probably a weekend issue too. Monday here is still Sunday there etc. All sorted email responded to.
