All you need are two of these jackplate mounting brackets from Minn Kota. If I remember correctly, the longer bolts come with them. It is an easy install to the Slidemaster plate and you can do it yourself. If you want to be able to tilt them down, you can add a tilt bracket also.
With the electrical, John (Jones Trolling Motors) does not suggest tying the shallow water anchors into the fuse block. He suggests fusing them individually, and then running them through a separate battery cut off switch. lt can all be done in the battery compartment. I included a diagram from him below.
